Alpstein Erratic Block and Mountain Stream, Samnaun, Graubünden

The Alpstein is one of the biggest erratic blocks in Switzerland. Erratic blocks are rocks which have been moved by glaciers and deposited far from their original sites. Some blocks have been moved many hundreds of miles. They are found in many places in Switzerland.
