Forestry Training Centre, Lyss, Canton Bern
The forestry training centre in Lyss is a higher technical school. It takes students who already have at least 18 months experience as foresters. A course of study lasting 21 months leads to a federal diploma. The innovative building was constructed 1995-7. The architects were Itten and Brechbühl of Bern, and construction engineers were Chabloz and partners of Lausanne.
