The tower of Neuchâtel cathedral seen through one of its arches

Collegiate Church, Neuchâtel

The collegiate church stands on a hill together with the castle of the former dukes of Neuchâtel. It was first built in the 12-13th centuries, but was partially destroyed in the fire of 1450, and greatly altered after the Reformation and again in the 19th century.
